Author's Notes: Me and Nightbreed have serious history. I was 11 when I first saw the movie and have remained obsessed with it ever since. When I saw the comm
spn_cinema it was the obvious choice for me because a SPN version has always been begging to be written. I've gone for a pretty straight re-telling so I hope I’ve done the movie justice. There are some lines of dialogue taken from the film because they just felt so iconic that I couldn’t change them. I had to change the ending though to the way the movie should have ended.
