Round 5 Posting Guidelines!

spn_cinemaWe're almost here for Round 5 posting! The round will open on Monday, May 5th, and following the previously-set posting schedule. [a few of the recent schedule changes may not be reflected here, but also know/remember that we will not whip anyone* for messing up a schedule date, and you can always post to the final free-for-all date if there is a timing issue]

You can post your fanwork any time during the day of your assigned posting - meaning as long as it is your assigned date in your timezone, go on and post! Fanworks should not be posted anywhere else before your posting date. Please do not post your fanwork directly to this community - first post it to your journal then crosspost here. In order to post an entry here, you must be a member of the community; if you are not a member already, please join now!
If you are part of a collaboration, only one of you will have to post to the community. Just make sure that you include the links to all necessary parts!
When posting your fanwork to the community, please use the templates below. The posting template is a guide to help you with any necessary information; you are not required to follow it line by line if certain items are not applicable.
FIC TEMPLATE
ART TEMPLATE
NOTE ON ART: Please be sure to list a rating, especially if it is NSFW. Feel free to include a preview in lieu of (or addition to) a summary; however, images posted outside of a cut shall not exceed 400x400.
VIDEO TEMPLATE
NOTE ON AUDIO: if you recorded a video for an existing piece of fanwork, remember to include the author's name and a link to the fic itself.
AUDIO TEMPLATE
NOTE ON AUDIO: if you recorded a podfic or made a fanmix for an existing piece of fanwork, remember to include the author's name and a link to the fic itself.
At the end of the posting period, we will compile a masterlist of all fanworks that have been posted during Round 5. If you have any questions about posting, comment here or email the mod account [spncinema.mod@gmail.com], and we will get back to you ASAP.
