Long time, no see!

Whoops on the long delay! Things kept getting in the way - both fandom and RL-wise - for us mods. But we are here to give a few updates on happenings in the comm.

1. To avoid massive stress on all parties, we will run the traditional cinema round in the fall - this way, there is ample time for all creators to recover from Masquerade, Meant to Be, Big Bang, etc., and jump back into cinema.

2. We'd like to continue the semi-monthly genre challenge if y'all are up to it? We have a few tweaks in mind after the first round (which we were happy with! you just always find room for improvement).

3. Other options? We know the comm can go dead pretty often (sorry!) but we'd love for it to be a more active place ... are there other things you're interested in? Comment memes? Rec lists? Other features? Please let us know! We love running the comm and being a part of it, but it's not just OUR comm. It's for all of the participants as well.
