Title: The Others
Author: [livejournal.com profile] kassidy62
Movie Prompt: The Hunger (1983)
Pairing: J2
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: approximately 2,000
Notes: This is a story written for [livejournal.com profile] spn_cinema's '80s movies challenge. I picked The Hunger (1983) with Catherine Deneuve, Susan Sarandon and David Bowie. I loved David Bowie so much and remember being disappointed that his role wasn't larger at the time.
Thanks to the prompter for listing this visual, stylish movie. Vampires were day walkers long before Twilight came around, nary a vampire fang was shown, and even the word vampire was never mentioned in the film. I couldn't resist trying to write for it, and it's been a while since I have felt that.

Title: Because I'm so predictable - The Lost Boys
Artist: amber1960
Movie Prompt: The Lost Boys
Pairing: Sam and Dean
Rating: G
Preview:lost boys1 JP teaser
Notes: So this ended up completely unoriginal but I blame THAT photo of Jensen, you know, the one from Harper's Bazaar. And then THAT promo pic of Jared. It's a mix of drawing for emphasis and photoshopped photos. The arch is Tintern Abbey from a photo taken by my friend Viana.

Title: Eldorado
Artist: [livejournal.com profile] cassiopeia7
Movie Prompt: Silverado (1985)
Pairing: Gen.  Sam & Dean Winchester, Rufus Turner, Bobby Singer
Rating: G
Notes: Title lifted from Edgar Allan Poe's poem "Eldorado."  Silverado features two brothers who'd do anything for each other, and Poe's work is about a lonely hunter knight on a quest -- who finds the supernatural.  :)  This one almost drew itself.  :)
